Since 19th of November I started visiting MANK (Mustamäe Avatud Noortekeskus). It is a youth center in “Black Mount” district of Tallinn. People aged 7 and more years old could easily come there and, following regular rules of state organisation, create or participate in some activities.
I was welcomed in a lovely way and could not understand why they were doing such a lot of good things only for a newcomer, a kind of stranger for them. Here I began to doubt about famous Estonian stereotypes, nevertheless, I have never believed in such stuff.
But still, once in a while, we can observe national particularities which do not work in youth centers at all.
